A supportive online community for neurodivergent entrepreneurs who want accountability, connection and focus, without burnout.
Running a business with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence can feel like trying to follow rules that were never designed for your brain.
You're told to:
• Hustle harder
• Wake up earlier
• Create perfect routines
• Stay motivated every day
But for many neurodivergent entrepreneurs, that advice simply doesn't work.
You might find yourself:
• Starting the day with good intentions but struggling to focus
• Feeling overwhelmed by everything on your to-do list
• Procrastinating on the things you know are important
• Working alone and wishing someone understood how your brain works
That's exactly why The Anti-Hustle Hub exists.
This is not another productivity group telling you to push harder.
It's a gentle accountability community designed around how neurodivergent brains actually work.
What Members Are Saying
The Anti-Hustle Hub already has a growing community of neurodivergent entrepreneurs supporting each other.
Here's what some members have said:
⭐ "As a neurodivergent business owner, I've got business support, accountability and body doubling that has helped me to be more efficient running my business."
⭐ "Nic has created a genuinely safe, supportive space fo those of us who just need that little bit of extra help, structure and encouragement."
⭐ "Finding somewhere you feel safe to share quite personal thoughts and feelings where you're not judged is rare but I can see it's already making a difference to me and my business."

What is The Anti-Hustle Hub?
The Anti-Hustle Hub is a private online community hosted inside an app where neurodivergent entrepreneurs come together to support each other, stay focused, and make progress in a way that feels manageable.
Here's what you get:
Private community inside an app
Weekly Monday body doubling session (6pm - 7.30pm)
Alternating weekly group coaching/focus sessions
Daily accountability check-ins
Support from other neurodivergent entrepreneurs
But most importantly, it's a space where there is no pressure to be perfect.
You don't have to show up every day. You don't have to complete every task. You don't have to hustle.
You can come and go as you need, and the community will still be there.
That's completely okay.
The Anti-Hustle Hub isn't about perfect attendance.
Some members come every week. Some dip in when they need support. Some simply enjoy having the community there when they need it.
You can come and go as you please.
There's no pressure to do it all.

How the Community Works
Everything happens inside the app, which means the Hub is always accessible on your phone or computer.
This is where members connect, share progress, ask questions, and support one another.
Here's what a typical week looks like:
Daily Check-Ins
Each morning I post a simple prompt inside the community asking:
What are you planning to work on today?
Members share their intentions for the day, whether that's:
• Sending one email
• Finishing a blog post
• Working on their accounts
• Or simply showing up to their business for an hour
At the end of the day, I invite everyone to pop back in and share how it went.
Sometimes that means celebrating progress. Sometimes it means saying "I didn't get it done today and that's okay."
Both are welcome.
Weekly Body Doubling Sessions
Every Monday from 6pm - 7.30pm we meet live on Google Meet for a body doubling session.
Body doubling is a powerful ADHD-friendly technique where people work alongside each other in a shared space to help maintain focus and momentum.
Our sessions are relaxed and supportive.
When everyone joins, we go around the group and each person shares what they're planning to work on during the session. Then we mute our microphones and get on with our tasks.
It might be:
• Admin
• Content creation
• Emails
• Planning
• Website updates
At the end we check in again and celebrate what we managed to get done.
Many members find this one session a week helps them achieve more than hours of working alone.
Group Coaching & Additional Body Doubling Sessions
During the week we also run one additional session, which alternates between:
Group Coaching Sessions
These sessions provide a space to talk about the challenges of running a business with ADHD or other neurodivergent traits.
We explore things like:
• Motivation
• Overwhelm
• Time blindness
• Decision fatigue
• Creating systems that work for your brain
Members can bring questions, challenges, or simply listen and learn from others.
Additional Body Doubling Sessions
Sometimes we simply need a quiet space to focus and get things done.
These sessions provide another opportunity during the week to work alongside others.
