Questions we get asked

How much does it cost?

It depends on how much support you need, so we price it properly rather than guessing. You'll get a clear figure in writing after your free appraisal — and it will be a fraction of employing someone.

Are you an employee or a contractor?

Neither. We work with you as an external business, so there's no PAYE, National Insurance, pension, holiday pay or sick pay — and no notice period beyond a month.

Do you work on site?

Mostly remotely, which keeps costs down. We're based in East Sussex, so in-person days in and around Hailsham, Polegate and Eastbourne can be arranged.

What if my systems are a mess?

That's usually why people call. We start with what's most urgent, then tidy the underlying system so the same problem doesn't come back.

Is my information safe?

Yes. We handle confidential business, client and finance information every day, and we'll happily sign an NDA before you share anything.
